good machine, easy to use

Got it and loved it but the new H20 tam hat came out got all gadgets while mine don’t, why is that?

Machine is easy to use comes with all the kit you need. This is my second one . The results are amazing gets where you can’t get a brush. The machine is a must to keep your house clean especially with small children and pets. Definitely an addition to your cleaning products

Fantastic machine could do with the attachments working a little better .

We haven’t been able to use it because we can’t get the pieces to clamp together that holds the pads in place

Fantastic piece of equipment. I’ve owned a few different steam cleaners over the years and this is the best by a mile. Clear water tank so you can see volumes, easy storage, easy adjustment for the attachments, variable team strength giving a fantastic result with ease each time. Highly recommend it.
